You own the content you generate using our tools. We claim no ownership over the AI-generated outputs. The platform, prompts, and code are owned by AI Tools India.

Limitations of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of AI-generated content. AI can make mistakes — always verify critical information independently.

Credits and Payments

• Credit purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
• Credits do not expire.
• We reserve the right to modify credit package pricing with notice.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
